You’ll also be an integral part of helping to keep the production line running smoothly.

Duties for the Production Operative will include:
  • Assisting with the production and assembly of products
  • Packing finished products ready for dispatch
  • Carrying out quality inspections and checks
  • Following production schedules and work instructions
  • Completing production paperwork accurately
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
  • Supporting the wider production team where required
What you will need for the Production Operative role:
  • Has previous production or manufacturing experience
  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • Works well within a fast-paced environment
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude
  • Is reliable and able to work as part of a team
