Production Operative

Industrial Recruitment Solutions Ltd (IRS) is recruiting experienced Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business in the West Midlands.

This is an excellent long-term opportunity within a busy production environment, with the potential to secure permanent employment.

Shift Pattern

Shifts available:

• 06:00 - 14:00 Static shift
• 14:00 - 22:00 Static shift
• 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 Weekly rotating
• Monday to Friday

Duties Include

• Loading and unloading CNC Machines
• Very basic machine operating
• Assembling components
• Ensuring products are manufactured to the required standards
• Carrying out regular quality inspections
• Identifying and reporting production or quality issues

Pay

• £12.71 starting salary
