Production Operative

Bardon Estate, Coalville £13.00 per hour | Rising to £30,000 per annum after 13 successful weeks ⏰ Monday to Friday | Overtime Available

We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established and growing company based on the Bardon Estate, Coalville. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position with excellent earning potential and career stability.

✅ £13.00 per hour from day one

✅ Salary increase to £30,000 per annum after successfully completing 13 weeks

✅ Regular overtime available to boost earnings

✅ Monday to Friday working pattern – weekends free

Rotating weekly shifts:

• 5:30am – 1:30pm
• 1:30pm – 9:30pm

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Checking products to ensure quality standards are met
• Measuring products accurately
• Stacking finished products
• Working at the end of a production machine
• Maintaining a safe and efficient working area

• Reliable and hardworking individuals
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential
