!!!Production Operatives Required - Witney – Immediate Start!!!
We’re looking for experienced Production Operatives to join our global client in Witney.
Hours:
This role is a X3 shift rotation. AM & PM shifts will be Monday - Friday and Nights will be Sunday - Thursday.
- 06:00 - 14:00
- 14:00 - 22:00
- 22:00 - 06:00
Pay:
- £16.45 per hour
- £24.65 after 8 hours
- £24.65 up to 5 hours on a Saturday
- £32.90 after 5 hours on a Saturday
- £32.90 on a Sunday
The job:
- Operating a variety of production machinery and equipment safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- Feeding raw materials and components into manufacturing equipment while monitoring production flow to minimise downtime and maintain productivity.
- Conducting regular quality inspections and checks throughout the production process, ensuring all finished products meet company specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards.
- Loading, unloading, and transporting materials, products, and stock throughout the warehouse and production areas, ensuring accurate handling and storage at all times.
- Safely operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move goods, raw materials, and finished products within the site, while adhering to all forklift safety regulations and site rules.
- Assisting with stock control activities, including organising materials, replenishing production lines, and ensuring production areas remain fully supplied.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping by keeping workstations, machinery, and surrounding areas clean, organised, and free from hazards.
- Following all Health & Safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures, reporting any accidents, near misses, equipment faults, or potential hazards promptly.
- Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively with the wider production and warehouse teams to achieve daily production targets, operational goals, and customer deadlines.
- Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting maintenance issues to supervisors to help reduce downtime and ensure equipment remains in good working order.
- Remaining flexible and willing to undertake additional duties as required to support the operational needs of the business.
- Demonstrating a positive attitude and strong work ethic while contributing to a productive, safe, and efficient working environment.

Location:
