Shift: Night Shift | Immediate Starts Available
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and well-established manufacturing operation in New Mills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, ongoing shift work with competitive pay and consistent hours.

Week 1 - 06.00 - 14.00
Week 2 - 14.00 - 22.00

Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring technical machinery during night shifts
- Ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently
- Carrying out routine checks and basic troubleshooting
- Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Recording production data accurately
- Working as part of a small, focused night team
What We're Looking For
- Experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred
- Good technical awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently on night shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
