Production Operative

Location: Castle Cary
Pay: £12.92 per hour
Hours: 07:00 – 15:30, Monday to Friday
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a friendly, small team within a busy food manufacturing environment in Castle Cary.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work, with the potential to become a permanent member of the team following a successful temporary period.

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

• Working as part of a small and friendly production team
• Assisting with the preparation and production of food products
• Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
• Packing and checking finished products
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
• Carrying out general production duties as required

• A reliable and hardworking attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a small team
• Previous food manufacturing or production experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided
• Good attendance and punctuality
