Production Operative - MCU Assembly

The Production Operative – MCU Assembly will be responsible for:
- Assembling mechanical and electrical components in line with work instructions, engineering specifications and production requirements
- Operating assembly equipment and hand tools, including torque-controlled tools and presses
- Carrying out in-process quality inspections, visual checks and testing activities
- Completing production records, quality documentation and traceability requirements accurately
- Identifying and managing non-conforming materials in accordance with established procedures
- Supporting continuous improvement activities and maintaining high standards of workplace organisation through 5S principles
The Production Operative – MCU Assembly will have:
- Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to follow electronic or on-screen work instructions accurately and consistently
- Experience using production hand tools and assembly equipment
- Awareness of ESD controls and the requirements of working with sensitive components
- Good component recognition and understanding of handling requirements for precision parts
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused approach to work
