Production Operative

Multitask Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking reliable, motivated, and hardworking Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Leyland.

This is a temporary ongoing position with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract after 12 weeks for successful candidates. The company offers excellent long-term career prospects and opportunities for progression.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will support the efficient running of a busy production environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Working safely and efficiently within a fast-paced production setting
• Labelling and packaging finished products accurately
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Palletising goods and preparing orders for dispatch
• Assisting with general production and packing duties
• Following all Health & Safety procedures at all times

Working Hours

Applicants must be flexible to work across the following shifts:

• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm
