Production Operative in Westbury, Wiltshire

New Resource Recruitment are currently recruiting for Production Operatives across Wiltshire and Somerset, with both temporary and permanent opportunities available.

We have a number of roles available with immediate starts for suitable candidates.

Locations We Are Recruiting In We are particularly looking for candidates based in or around:

• Melksham
• Trowbridge
• Westbury
• Warminster
• Frome

The Role As a Production Operative, your duties may include:

• Operating assembly line equipment and machinery
• Assembling, packing, and labeling products to high standards
• Quality checking finished goods and identifying defects
• Supplying raw materials to production lines
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment
• Working towards daily production targets
• Following strict health, safety, and hygiene guidelines

Working Hours Candidates must be happy and flexible to work shifts, including:

• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00

Additional shift patterns may be available depending on the site and role.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not essential
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and physically active
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
• Flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns
