Shift: 06:00 – 18:00  Breaks: Two 30-minute breaks per shift — one paid and one unpaid.
Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a leading UK free-range and organic egg producer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that is passionate about quality, food safety and innovation.

 What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Operative, you'll be an important part of the team, helping to make sure production runs smoothly and products are prepared to the highest standards.
Your duties will include:

Working as part of a friendly and supportive production team.

Assisting with the preparation, processing and packing of products.

Checking products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe.
-
Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.

Working towards daily production targets.
-
Supporting Team Leaders and Managers when required.

Following company processes and instructions carefully.
