Production Operative - Nights

Select Recruitment Specialists is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Night Production Operative to join a busy and well-established food manufacturing business based in Cromer.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hard-working individual who enjoys working as part of a small team in a fast-paced production environment.

Hours of Work

• Sunday & Monday nights
• Thursday & Friday nights
• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay - £13.89 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operating food processing and production equipment
• Monitoring products throughout the production process
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure company standards are met
• Preparing products for the next stage of production
• Cleaning equipment and maintaining high hygiene standards
• Completing general production and housekeeping duties
• Following all food safety and health & safety procedures
• Working efficiently as part of a small night shift team

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within a food production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
• A reliable and punctual approach to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
