The company manufactures specialist products supplied into the construction, trade and industrial sectors and is continuing to expand due to increasing demand.
This is a hands-on production role involving various stages of the manufacturing process. Successful candidates will be responsible for weighing and mixing raw materials, operating production machinery, filling and packaging products, carrying out quality checks, and preparing finished goods for dispatch.
This role would suit individuals with previous manufacturing experience who are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity within a growing business.
Weighing and measuring raw materials accurately
Mixing products in line with production specifications
Operating production and filling equipment
Monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process
Packaging, labelling and palletising finished products
Conducting quality inspections and reporting any issues
Maintaining high housekeeping standards
Supporting warehouse and dispatch operations where required
Following all health and safety procedures
Skills:
Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment
Good attention to detail
Ability to follow processes and production instructions
Comfortable carrying out manual duties
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
