Monday to Friday | 14:00 - 22:00

We're recruiting for a number of Production Operative positions with a well-established engineering manufacturer in Northampton. These opportunities are available across several departments, including Paint, Sheet Metal, Assembly and Core Plant, offering a variety of hands-on manufacturing work.

Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking to build your skills within engineering, we'd like to hear from you.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Operating production machinery and equipment.
• Assembly of engineered components.
• Supporting paint preparation and finishing processes.
• Loading, unloading and moving materials.
• Supplying production areas with components and materials.
• Using hand and power tools.
• Completing quality checks.
• Following engineering drawings and work instructions where required.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Supporting production targets while maintaining high quality standards.

We're looking for people who:

• Have previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience.
• Enjoy practical, hands-on work.
• Can work as part of a team.
• Have a positive attitude and good work ethic.
• Can follow instructions and work safely.
• Are reliable and punctual.
• Are comfortable with manual handling and being on their feet throughout the shift.
