A well-established manufacturing business is seeking a Production Operative to join its team in Thame. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking for a stable role with full training, excellent benefits, and genuine opportunities for career development.
 
As a Production Operative you can benefit from:

• £12.75 per hour, rising to £13.55 per hour once fully trained 
• 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
• No shift work or weekend working 
• Ongoing training and development opportunities

The role of a Production Operative will include:

• Operating within a manufacturing and production environment
• Using a range of tools, equipment and machinery following training
• Carrying out product inspections and quality checks
• Following production processes and work instructions to meet output targets
• Completing basic production and operational records
• Supporting different departments and tasks as business needs require
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, health and safety, and organisation

 
The ideal Production Operative should have the following skills and experience:

• Reliable, practical and willing to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work effectively as part of a team 
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
