Production Operative

Location: Northampton
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour break) | Friday, 7:30am – 2:00pm (30-minute break)
Pay: £15.00 per hour

Duties of a Bespoke Production Operative:

• Manufacturing bespoke products to customer specifications.
• Using a variety of hand tools and workshop equipment.
• Reading and following job sheets and basic production drawings.
• Measuring and assembling components accurately.
• Carrying out quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Working to daily production targets.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

What we would like from you:

• Previous experience using hand tools.
• Manufacturing, assembly, carpentry, joinery or workshop experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A practical, hands-on approach to work.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Reliable and able to work well as part of a team.
