Production Operatives 

£12.92 per hour | £19.37 overtime | Rotating shifts | 40 hours per week

No previous production experience is required – full training is provided!

The RoleAs a Production Operative, you’ll be working as part of a team within a clean, modern production environment. Your duties will include:

  • Working on a state-of-the-art production line

  • Packing and securing products into the correct boxes ready for dispatch

  • Handling goods safely and ensuring they are packed correctly

  • Working in an ambient working environment

  • Following processes and meeting timed production deadlines

  • Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy

  • Working as part of a friendly and supportive team

Shift PatternsWe have opportunities across rotating shift patterns, including both static shifts and 4-on 4-off rotations.

Static rotating shifts may include:

  • 06:00 – 14:00

  • 14:00 – 22:00

You may be required to rotate between morning and afternoon shifts depending on the position.

4-on 4-off shifts are also available, offering a great work-life balance with four days on followed by four days off.

💷 Pay:

  • £12.92 per hour

  • £19.37 per hour overtime rate
