Production Operative

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a busy production team, carrying out a variety of production line, packing and quality checking duties.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent Monday-to-Friday work, with immediate starts available following a successful interview.
What will I be paid?
- £13.25 per hour
What hours will I be working?
We have opportunities available on the following shifts:
- Days: 08:00 – 16:00
- Afternoons: 14:00 – 22:00
- Both Monday to Friday.
What will I be doing?
- Working on a busy production and packing line
- Packing finished products ready for dispatch
- Checking products for quality and identifying any defects
- Replenishing materials on the production line
- Completing basic production paperwork and documentation
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy and organised
- Following company procedures and health & safety requirements
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily production requirements
What skills and experience do I need?
- Previous production, manufacturing, packing or warehouse experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to carry out repetitive tasks accurately
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Available to work full-time Monday to Friday
