Role Summary

Join leading automotive client based in Washington to perform the duties listed below.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include machine operation, assembly, trimming, material handling and inspection.
• Perform semi-skilled production work to assemble or fabricate a product or sub-assembly in accordance with team production goals.
• May perform work manually and/or by machine operation which requires in-depth knowledge of process and constant monitoring.
• Ensure product and process quality and efficiency through appropriate inspection and continuous improvement problem solving activities.
• Make machine adjustments and typically manages several variables within the process.
• Maintain procedures and standards to provide compliance with quality standards for assigned area.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience as Production Operative or relevant role minimum 2 years
• Must be able to work a 3 shift pattern consisting of days and backs
• Ability to work overtime in accordance with policies and procedures.

Shift Pattern:

• Day Shift - Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm
• Night Shift - Sunday – Thursday 11pm - 7:10am
• Late Shift - Monday – Friday 3pm - 11:10pm
