Production Operative in Maldon

Location: Maldon, Essex
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Temporary – Ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm (rotating shifts)

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a leading manufacturing and production company based in Maldon, Essex.

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading materials onto and from the production line

• Working in a fast-paced environment to meet daily production targets

• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards

• Packing, palletising and wrapping finished products ready for dispatch

• Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times

• A positive, reliable and hard-working attitude

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• A keen eye for detail

• A willingness to learn and follow instructions

• No previous production experience is required, as full training will be provided

• £12.71 per hour

• Monday to Friday, weekly rotating shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)

• Free on-site parking

• Ongoing temporary work with consistent hours
