Production Operative

Proactive Personnel are currently looking for Production Operatives to join our client’s Manufacturing Team.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up, operating and monitoring machinery.
• Following written and verbal instructions.
• Working to production and quality standards.
• Following Health & Safety procedures.
• Maintaining good attendance and timekeeping.
• Working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to set up, operate and monitor machinery

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
• Basic IT skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and work with minimal supervision.
• Proactive and flexible approach.
• Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous.

Early Shift

• Friday to Sunday: 06:00 – 18:00
• Rate of Pay: £14.95 per hour

Late Shift

• Friday to Sunday: 18:00 – 06:00
• Rate of Pay: £15.61 per hour

Midweek Shift 

• Day Shift Mon-Fri 8:00 – 16:30 @ £13.45/hr
