Production Operative Continental Shifts: 2 days, 2 Nights, 4 days off 7am-7pm/7pm-7am Pay starts from £16.53     Company Information: Leading European manufacturer and supplier of Manufactured products for domestic household and professional and hygiene markets.   Our client is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives to join their team. Initially this will start as a temporary position with the opportunity of long-term prospects for the right candidate. The purpose of this role is to support production operations in a variety of areas across the site as required by the business. As a Production Operatives the role requires versatility, an adaptable personality and the ability to adjust to change in a fast-paced environment.   Key activities:  
  • Contribute as a productive and reliable member of the production team. 
  • Take responsibility for completing assigned tasks to a high standard.
  • Manage components efficiently throughout the production process.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Work effectively within small operational teams of 4–7 people.
  • Support team objectives while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
  You:
  • Self-Starter – able to work in small team with limited supervision and make decisions and think independently
  • Good interpersonal skills and attitudes – positive attitude working under pressure
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness – performing complex manufacturing activities and testing for an outcome
  • Honesty – manufacturing results gets reviewed regularly and taking responsibility, being honest and accurate is a key.
