In this role, you will be fully trained to operate specialist production machinery, producing high-quality packaging materials while ensuring safety, quality and hygiene standards are maintained. You'll carry out quality inspections, accurately record production data, support continuous improvement initiatives and work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximise efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing manufacturer where no previous extrusion experience is required, as full training will be provided.

The Role:

• Operate specialist production machinery safely and efficiently to achieve production targets
• Support maintenance activities and assist with basic machine troubleshooting
• Participate in continuous improvement and 6S housekeeping initiatives
• 12hour shifts pattern consisting of days & nights

The Person:

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible to work a 12-hour shift pattern
