Production Operative

This is precise, procedure-driven work where following the instruction exactly is the job, up to 60 hours per week available

As a Production Operative, you will benefit from:

• A four-day paid induction and structured training plan before the assignment starts
• Predictable 12 hour shifts, 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am, on a 12 on 2 off pattern
• £14.00 per hour, PAYE, paid weekly through Rubicon
• A clearly defined six to eight week assignment with a firm start date in October
• The chance to meet the employer before the assignment begins, so you know exactly what you are walking into

As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Working to documented procedures and specific written instructions at all times
• Carrying out tasks accurately and to a consistent standard across a full 12 hour shift
• Checking your own work and recording it correctly
• Flagging anything that does not look right rather than working around it
• Maintaining safe working practices and site standards throughout

As a Production Operative, your experience will include:

• Transferable experience of working to strict processes and procedures, ideally in manufacturing, production, engineering or a similar controlled environment
• Genuine attention to detail and an understanding of why procedures matter, not just what they say
• The ability to work reliably to clear, specific instructions
• Full availability for the entire six to eight week assignment, with no absences or time off throughout
• Comfort with 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a 12 on 2 off rota
• A switched-on, dedicated attitude and pride in doing the job properly
