Production Operative

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established manufacturing company in Thetford, producing a range of household cleaning products.
As a Production Operative, you will be working as part of a busy manufacturing team, helping to produce, pack, and prepare cleaning products for distribution while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
The working hours are Monday to Thursday 06:45-15:15, and Friday 06:45-14:15.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on a production line manufacturing cleaning products
- Supporting general production duties as required
- Labelling, packing, and preparing products for dispatch
- Loading production machines with materials
- Repacking bleach bottles and finished products for customer orders
- Carrying out basic quality control checks
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential
