Production Operative

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Production Operator to join a busy engineering company based in Atherstone on Stour. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work with an early finish every Friday.

The successful candidate will be involved in supporting daily production operations, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery and production equipment safely
• Assembling, packing, and inspecting products
• Maintaining quality standards throughout the production process
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Keeping work areas clean and organised
• Supporting other departments when required
• Meeting daily production targets

Candidate Requirements

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Own transport required due to location
