Production Operative

T&K Associates have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join our Client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch on a temporary to permanent basis!

As the Production Operative you will be involved in the production assembly process and labelling of finished products within the production departments. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who heavily invest in their team and have on-going growth plans.

Production Operative Job Details & Benefits;

• £13.47 per hour
• Monday – Thursday 7:30am-16:15pm and Friday 7:30am – 12:00pm
• 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)

Production Operative Role and Responsibilities include;

• Working within the blending team bulk filling
• Decanting products into final goods tins, using scales and ensuring it is correctly labelled
• Lifting products from 600g to 25kg
• Labelling products that have been finished

Production Operative Person Specification;

• Must be physically fit due to lifting up to 25kg of product
• Must be happy to wear a face mask  
• Previous experience within a manufacturing/ packing environment would be desirable
• Organised and methodical with a high level of attention to detail
• Good house keeping practices
• Positive communicator
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Team player
• Ability to understand written instructions
