Location: Billingshurst, West Sussex
Pay: £13.31 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday – Rotating Early & Late Shifts
Contract: Temp-to-Perm

Talented People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for Production Operatives to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Billingshurst.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will work as part of the manufacturing team, helping to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Your duties will include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment
• Filling, labelling and packaging products
• Carrying out quality control checks throughout production
• Reporting machinery faults or production issues
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Keeping production areas clean, tidy and organised
• Moving stock and materials around the production area
• Supporting with general production and warehouse duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within production, manufacturing, assembly or warehousing would be beneficial.
• You will need to have good attention to detail and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
