Looking to kick-start your career in production or warehouse operations? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing team where you’ll be trained, supported, and developed from day one.

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, reliable Production Operative who’s keen to learn and get stuck into a fast-paced environment. No extensive experience needed – just the right attitude!

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards
• Assisting with assembly and packaging of products
• Supporting stock control and materials handling
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and organised workspace
• Getting involved in improving processes and efficiency

What we’re looking for:

• Someone reliable, hard-working and eager to learn
• A great team player with a positive attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Physically fit (role involves standing & manual work)
• Driving licence & own transport is essential
• Any production/warehouse experience is a bonus – but not required!
