About the Role

As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are produced to the highest standards of quality and delivered on time. Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll operate production equipment, perform quality checks, and help drive efficiency across our production processes.

No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to work across various production areas while developing your skills and knowledge.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operating a variety of production machinery and tools in line with training and work instructions.
  • Working on extrusion lines and carrying out visual, dimensional and physical quality checks.
  • Assisting with the production and maintenance of buffer stock for key product lines.
  • Packing finished goods ready for dispatch.
  • Ensuring products are stored correctly before shipment.
  • Disposing of waste and scrap materials in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety.
  • Reporting any machinery faults or operational issues to supervisors.
  • Supporting other production areas when required to help meet customer demands.
  • Ensuring products consistently meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Following all Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

✅ Good manual dexterity and practical skills

✅ Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and quality issues

✅ The ability to follow instructions and meet quality standards

✅ Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Hours: Week 1. 6am - 2pm  Monday - Friday

            Week 2. 2pm - 10pm Monday - Friday

            Week 3. 10pm - 6am Monday - Thursday
