We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment in Nottingham.

This role would suit someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality products. You will be working with small components and products, carrying out assembly and production tasks where accuracy, concentration and good hand dexterity are important.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble small components and products using hand tools and simple equipment.
• Handle small parts carefully and accurately throughout the production process.
• Follow work instructions, drawings and production procedures.
• Carry out visual quality checks to ensure products meet the required standard.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production requirements.
• Follow all company health & safety and quality procedures.
