Production Operative

Job Description:

We are working with an exciting new client based in the Coleshill area who are looking to recruit Production Operators to join their growing manufacturing team. This is a global organisation offering long-term opportunities for the right candidates, with temporary contracts that are expected to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Previous experience as a Production Operator within a manufacturing environment
• Measuring and handling ingredients with basic arithmetic skills
• Carrying out manual handling tasks safely and efficiently
• Working effectively in a fast-paced production setting
• Supporting production targets and maintaining quality standards

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Comfortable with manual handling duties
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for measuring and production tasks
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, team-based environment

Desirable

• FLT Licence (not essential but beneficial)

Shift Pattern

Rotating shifts (weekly rotation):

• Morning Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm (1:00pm finish on Fridays)
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (8:00pm finish on Fridays)
• 36.5 hour working week
• 30-minute unpaid lunch break
• Overtime paid at time and a half / double time (where applicable)
