Production Operative – Warehouse & Manufacturing (12 Hour Shifts)

Job description:

We are recruiting Production / Warehouse Operatives for a modern manufacturing site in CV34 please producing digitally printed aluminium beverage cans. Average £595 p/w.

This is a physically active, fast-paced role offering excellent weekly pay, structured shifts, and long-term job security.

Shift Pattern

• 14 shifts per month
• 7 x 12-hour day shifts (06:00–18:00)
• 7 x 12-hour night shifts (18:00–06:00)
• Rotating pattern with regular rest days

Includes weekend working

Duties

• Depalletising aluminium cans & materials
• Feeding production lines
• Moving stock between warehouse & production areas
• Palletising finished goods
• Wrapping & labelling pallets
• Visual quality checks
• Supporting production output
• Maintaining clean & safe work areas
• Warehouse / production experience preferred

Requirements

• Comfortable with 12-hour day & night shifts
• Night shift experience essential
• Physically fit (manual handling involved)
• Reliable with good attendance
• Own transport essential
• FLT Counterbalance licence an advantage
