Production Operatives - AM - DN3

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Ideal Recruit is currently seeking Production Operatives to join our client’s busy and growing team in the DN3 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for stable, full-time work.

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30am – 5:00pm

• Preparing products in line with batch sheet specifications
• Mixing and handling products as instructed
• Weighing, filling, and labelling products accurately
• Performing visual checks to ensure correct labelling
• Refilling drums and moving them within storage (FLT use where required)
• Minimising downtime during product changeovers
• Packing products into boxes according to specifications
• Moving and preparing pallets using a pump truck
• Shrink-wrapping pallets ready for dispatch
• Transferring goods to designated storage areas
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace (clean-as-you-go)
• Supporting general housekeeping duties

• Ability to follow instructions and meet targets
• Flexible, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to support different areas when needed
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety and company policies
