Barker Ross is recruiting Production Operatives to join a leading food and beverage company based in Lutterworth.

Shift:

Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00

Please note: This is a cold/chilled working environment, as you will be working with dairy products.
The shift pattern is expected to potentially change to a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern within the next few weeks. Candidates must be flexible to accommodate this change.

Duties include:

· Packing and repacking dairy products
· Labelling products ready for dispatch
· Wrapping and strapping pallets
· Moving stock within the warehouse
· General warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

· Previous warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential
· Comfortable working in a chilled/cold environment
· Reliable and punctual
· Able to work Monday to Friday and potentially move to a 4-on, 4-off pattern
