Role: Production Operative

Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Location: Outskirts of Horsham – due to their location you must have access to your own reliable transport

Our client is a growing manufacturing business seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join their production team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with a company that values commitment, quality, and teamwork. Working within a busy production environment, you will assist with the assembly, preparation, inspection, and testing of products while ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling components using hand tools and production equipment.
• Preparing materials and parts for production processes.
• Conducting quality checks and inspections.
• Following production schedules and work instructions.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets.
• Reporting any quality or equipment issues to supervisors.#

Candidate Requirements

• Previous production, assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or factory experience is advantageous.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong manual dexterity and practical skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
