Contract Length: 6-Month Contract, potential for permenent employment
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) - Rotating shifts

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Operator to join a leading global organisation within the medical manufacturing sector. Working within a clean room production environment, you will play a key role in assembling products used across the healthcare industry while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
This role would suit candidates with previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or process industry experience who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble tubing, connectors, and related medical products to specification.
- Manufacture products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical drawings.
- Read and interpret production documents, work instructions, and blueprints.
- Use measuring tools to ensure products meet customer requirements.
- Complete accurate production and quality documentation in line with GMP standards.
- Conduct visual inspections on in-process and finished products.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, assembly, or similar processing environment.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic numeracy and computer skills.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently.
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
Preferred Experience
- Working within regulated manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of GMP, quality standards, or controlled production processes.
- Strong safety awareness.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and flexibility.
Education
- Secondary education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent qualification
Working Environment
This position is based within a controlled cleanroom environment where strict hygiene and safety standards apply.
Candidates must be comfortable:
- Wearing cleanroom PPE including gloves, hair/beard coverings, face coverings, and safety glasses.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Carrying out repetitive assembly work.
- Bending, reaching, stooping, and moving throughout the shift.
- Occasionally lifting materials weighing up to 50 lbs (approximately 23kg).
- Working additional overtime when required.

These shifts will be in week rotations
Early Shift
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00am - 2:00pm
Back Shift
- Monday to Friday
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Night Shift
- Sunday to Friday
- 10:00pm - 6:00am
