A well?established UK supplier of paint is looking for a reliable Production Operator to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands?on manufacturing work, mixing materials, and ensuring products meet strict quality standards.

The Role:

• Mixing and weighing paint according to order sheets

   

• Carrying out quality inspections and completing relevant paperwork

   

• Loading and unloading machinery for the manufacturing process

   

• Assisting with dispatch and general production duties

   

• Working alongside other production operators to meet deadlines

   

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment

   

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment

   

• Comfortable mixing materials and following detailed instructions

   

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

   

• FLT Counterbalance licence beneficial but not essential

   

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
