Salary: £31,468 per annum 

Location: St Mellons, Cardiff 

Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Production Operator on behalf of one of our clients. You will manufacture products to the expected high standard, based on customer specification.

Hours:  You will be contracted to working on a 3 week shift rotation of,
Days: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm
Afternoons: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm 
Nights: Sunday night - Friday morning, 10pm - 6am

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all orders are completed to company standards, as per specified job cards and quality documents.
• Ensure health and safety is followed at all times, and correct PPE is worn for the nature of the job being undertaken.
• Ensure work areas are clean, safe and well maintained.
• Follow manual handling processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience, preferably within a construction company. 
• Ability to identify and find a solution to a problem.
• Manufacturing experience, preferably within a construction company.
• Positive work ethic.
• Team player.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
• Good communication skills.
