The Opportunity

We are exclusively supporting a well‑established and successful food manufacturing business in the Wrexham area, now seeking Production Operators to join its high‑performing production team.

This role is vital in ensuring daily production plans are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety. Working as part of a multi‑skilled team, you’ll contribute to achieving production targets, maintaining equipment performance, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily production targets while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards

• Operate, monitor, clean, and maintain production equipment

• Handle raw materials and packaging in line with company procedures

• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet specification and legal requirements

• Complete routine cleaning and hygiene activities

• Perform basic autonomous maintenance tasks to support equipment reliability

• Escalate production, quality, or equipment issues promptly

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or production environment

• A strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork

• Good communication skills and a proactive approach

• Reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
