An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative to join a fast-growing, innovative business with a strong focus on sustainability.

No previous production experience is required – we're looking for someone reliable, enthusiastic and keen to learn.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Packing products on automated and manual production lines.
• Preparing materials for production.
• Quality checking finished products.
• Labelling goods ready for dispatch.
• Following production, quality and Health & Safety procedures.
• Working towards daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent attention to detail.
• Is hardworking, reliable and flexible.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Can understand workplace instructions and Health & Safety requirements in English.
• Is comfortable working on their feet in a production/warehouse environment.
