Production Operator

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operators to join our clients production team at their East Lothian facility. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work as part of a team, helping with the production, handling and packing of construction products. Previous experience isn’t essential, as full training will be provided. We’re looking for people with a good attitude who are willing to learn and follow instructions.

The Role:

• Carry out general production tasks within a heavy industry facility.
• Safely operate machinery, tools and equipment after training.
• Help with moving, feeding, stacking, grading and packing products.
• Carry out basic quality checks and report any issues.
• Keep your work area clean, tidy and safe.
• Follow health and safety rules and company procedures.
• Attend training, safety briefings and team meetings.
• Be flexible and willing to help with different tasks when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous production/manufacturing experience is useful but not essential.
• A reliable and hardworking attitude.
• Good awareness of health and safety, with a willingness to learn.
• Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills and tasks.
• Any relevant machinery or equipment licences are an advantage, but full training will be provided.
