Production Operator - Continental Shifts

Location: Larkhall, South Lanarkshire
Pay: £15.00 per hour, plus overtime paid at enhanced rates
Hours: Continental shift pattern - 12-hour day and night shifts, 7 shifts across a 14-day period

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in the manufacturing process, helping to ensure production runs smoothly while maintaining excellent quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Operating production machinery and working as part of a team to produce high-quality automotive parts
• Monitoring machine performance and making minor adjustments when required
• Carrying out detailed visual quality inspections at various stages of production
• Recording production data accurately to support performance monitoring
• Packing and preparing finished goods ready for shipment
• Following company procedures and maintaining high standards of safety and quality

• A solid work history and positive, can-do attitude
• Experience in quality inspection, production, manufacturing or a fast-paced environment OR transferable skills from another industry
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in an active environment
• Reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic approach to work
• Willingness to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a continental pattern
