This is a high-visibility role where you will take ownership of production scheduling, improve operational flow and help drive on-time delivery, efficiency and customer performance across the business.

The Role
You will be responsible for coordinating and optimising manufacturing schedules to ensure customer demand, production targets and operational objectives are achieved efficiently and cost-effectively.
Working closely with Production, Procurement and Customer Service teams, you will play a key role in improving workflow, maximising resource utilisation and reducing delays.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage production schedules
- Ensure materials and resources are available to meet demand
- Monitor schedule adherence and production performance
- Improve workflow, planning efficiency and capacity utilisation
- Resolve production issues and scheduling conflicts proactively
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations
- Help reduce lead times, waste and inventory levels
Skills & Experience
- Proven Production Planning / Scheduling experience
- APS / ERP / MRP systems experience
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Manufacturing or supply chain background
