Are you a Production Planner or similar coming from a manufacturing background, looking for a brand new, highly autonomous role within a rapidly growing business, offering impressive in-house training on plastics manufacturing from industry experts?

Are you looking for a challenging yet rewarding role, where you will have a real influence and impact on production operations, with an open line of communication to the directors?

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining production plans, as well as output across numerous departments, liaising with a variety of inter-departmental teams. You will also identify capacity, subcontractor, and supply-chain constraints, issuing daily delivery dates, managing risks to performance.

With over 20 years of history behind them, this company are keen to continue on their track of rapid expansion, quickly making a name for themselves as leaders within the plastics manufacturing industry.

This role would suit a Production Planner or similar coming from a background in manufacturing, with a proactive approach and a hands-on mindset.

The Role:

• Develop and maintain production plans and outputs
• Liaise with a variety of inter-departmental teams
• Identify capacity, subcontractor, and supply-chain constraints
• Issue daily delivery dates and manage risks to performance
• Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week, Flexitime

• Production Planner or similar
• Background in manufacturing
