As a Production & Process Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing New Product Introduction, establishing best practice and capturing lessons learnt for future builds
• Producing and maintaining detailed work instructions to embed best practice across manufacturing processes
• Recommending and evaluating tooling and capital equipment to improve build times and process effectiveness
• Driving continuous improvement by investigating and rectifying issues affecting quality, process, or due date conformance
• Maintaining KPIs and identifying training requirements across the Production team

As a Production & Process Engineer, your experience will include:

• Experience in a Production/Process Engineer role within Electronics
• ONC or HNC in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is desirable
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work on multiple activities
• Working knowledge of ISO14001 and AS9100 quality standards is advantageous
• Computer literacy, with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
