Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage forward-looking production schedules across manufacturing cells.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to agree and manage delivery dates.
- Maximise the use of the ERP/order management system and maintain clear visibility of orders.
- Monitor production capacity against demand and identify potential delays or critical issues.
- Work closely with Cell Leaders to support on-time delivery and resolve scheduling issues.
- Produce and publish production and delivery performance metrics.
- Identify priorities, make timely decisions, and take ownership of scheduling through to completion.
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
- Excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills with good attention to detail.
- Strong Excel and systems knowledge, with confidence working with ERP systems.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and make decisions within agreed guidelines.
- Previous experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Degree educated or qualified by experience.
