Production Shift Leader 

• Starting Salary: £36,231.33 per annum. 
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, alternating weekly shifts, 6:00am – 2:00pm and 2:00pm – 10:00pm.
• Full Time, Permanent. 

We are recruiting for an experienced Production Shift Leader to join our well established client. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader to manage production teams, drive operational performance, and ensure the safe, efficient delivery of production targets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead, motivate, coach and develop production teams to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and promote a positive safety culture.
• Manage team performance, attendance, training, and development.
• Coordinate shift activities to meet production schedules and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Complete production reporting and maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with other departments to support operational performance.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Production Shift Leader, Team Leader, or Supervisory role within manufacturing.
• IOSH qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is advantageous.
• Positive, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
