Production Shift Manager
The Collective Network Limited
Production Shift Lead
Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary: Up to £50,000
Fancy running your own shift like it's your own business?
This is a genuine opportunity to take full ownership of a production area within a fast-growing, global food manufacturer — someone who wants accountability, not just a job title.
You'll be the driving force behind your shift: keeping product flowing efficiently, hitting customer spec every time, and leading a team that looks to you for direction. It's hands-on leadership — coaching, managing performance, solving problems on the floor — combined with the freedom to bring your own continuous improvement ideas to the table in a business that's genuinely growing.
Working a Monday to Friday role with no weekends, you'll join a business with a serious international footprint. The day-to-day feel is anything but corporate. Expect real career development, the chance to work across borders if that interests you, and a culture that backs people who want to improve how things are done.
What you'll need:
- A Continuous Improvement qualification
- IOSH
- HACCP
- ILM Level 3
- Experience with an ERP system
- Confident with Microsoft Office packages
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to manage performance
- A data-driven approach to improving quality and efficiency
- The resilience to stay organised and deliver under pressure
- Full right to work in the UK (sponsorship isn't available for this role)
If you're someone who wants real ownership of a shift, not just a role on it, this is worth a conversation. Please contact Tom Fitzjohn for more information.
