Salary: Up to £50,000

You'll be the driving force behind your shift: keeping product flowing efficiently, hitting customer spec every time, and leading a team that looks to you for direction. Working a Monday to Friday role with no weekends, you'll join a business with a serious international footprint. The day-to-day feel is anything but corporate. What you'll need:

• A Continuous Improvement qualification
• IOSH
• HACCP
• ILM Level 3
• Experience with an ERP system
• Confident with Microsoft Office packages
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to manage performance
• A data-driven approach to improving quality and efficiency
• The resilience to stay organised and deliver under pressure
• Full right to work in the UK (sponsorship isn't available for this role)
