Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting a global manufacturer in their search for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a high performing company in Leeds, manufacturing products for regulated markets.

You’ll be overseeing a team of 20-30 staff and effectively planning the production schedule to make sure everything runs like clockwork.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership and be part of a busy, sales driven production team, focusing on productivity and efficiencies.  

Working Hours: Monday – Friday days with an early finish Friday

Salary: £40,000

Key Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include:

  • Leading and supervising a team in a busy, regulated environment
  • Overseeing a number of industrial machinery processes, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality outputs
  • Planning and scheduling production activities with a methodical and proactive mindset
  • Monitoring equipment constraints, analysing data, and solving problems before they escalate
  • Ensuring strict adherence to compliance and safety procedures
  • Communicating effectively across departments to keep everything on track

We're keen to speak with experience Production Supervisors with the below skills & experience:

  • Technical mindset - ideally from a regulated industry (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical, heavy engineering)
  • Proven experience in production leadership role
  • Strong communication skills - you know how to manage up and keep everyone in the loop
  • A methodical and proactive approach to planning and problem-solving
  • Comfortable with data analysis and decision-making based on real-time information

This role would suit candidates who have previously held roles such as Production Team Leader, Shift Manager, Production Supervisor.
