The role

You'll work alongside another Production Supervisor and report to the Business Unit Manager, taking responsibility for day-to-day production performance, quality, productivity and team development.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in manufacturing or production

• Already a Supervisor/Team Leader, or ready to step into a supervisory role

• Practical and technically minded – engineering, fabrication, sheet metal or similar would be beneficial

• Confident motivating, coaching and developing a team

• Hands-on, positive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
